  • 6:15: Entry time for VIP Ticket: (Reception w/Drinks + Appetizers) 
  • 7:30: Entry time for General Admission Tickets (Cash Bar on premises)
  • 8:15  West Texas Exiles 
  • 9:30  The Damn Torpedoes 
  • 11:30 Event end

  • Parking is located at 501 Navasota St (on the corner of 5th and Navasota), one block north of Scott Inn (open 2 hours before show starts)

Indoor/Outdoor Factor

  • The concert space is outdoors!

  • There is some indoor space available, but most of the event will be outdoors

  • Heating lamps will be provided if needed

  • Children are welcome to attend with a discounted child price ticket
  • Please note that while kids are welcome, it is an adult-centric evening
